1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 14jl ("14jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at 14jl.vip and any associated subdomains or applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 14jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 14jl platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 14jl platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 14jl reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must notify 14jl of any changes promptly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 14jl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification

14jl implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

14jl accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section. All deposits must originate from accounts and cards held in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 14jl reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the account holder's name. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours during operational periods.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 14jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

14jl is committed to preventing money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law. 14jl reserves the right to suspend accounts and delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review where there is reasonable cause to suspect financial misconduct.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by 14jl are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the applicable promotional terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible account holders who have completed the required minimum deposit where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in individual promotion terms.
• 14jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 14jl platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each respective game. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are determined by certified systems and are final.
• Live dealer game results are determined in real time and are final once the round is closed.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules applicable to each event type. 14jl reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or data feed failures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay (connectivity loss, system failure, or game interruption), 14jl will endeavour to reconstruct the interrupted session based on available server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets in progress at the time of failure may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 14jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 14jl platform without the express prior written consent of 14jl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 14jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss or damage resulting from a third party's unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or service interruptions beyond the reasonable control of 14jl.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, game rules, or promotional information where errors resulted from third-party data provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 14jl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 14jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14jl complies with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Termination

14jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued account operation would expose 14jl to regulatory or legal risk.

Upon account closure, any available balance (less any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your 14jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 14jl's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. 14jl commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 14 business days.
